Welcome to Voipuser.

You are asking a very complicated question. You need to viti the Sipura site and the Linksys site to check the specifiations of the devices that you list. All are supplied by Linksys now as they took over Sipura.

You say you want 10 lines. How many will be in use at a time?

If you want reliability and quality you will need a good high speed internet line. None of the devices that you have listed are suitable with 10 line open and in use. You probably need to consider a Asterisk server. If you only want to be able to choose between 10 different providers and use one at a time then this is less demanding and one of the SPA device could manage it. (The 3102 can connect to PSTN as well as Voip).

As for the best Voip provider you need to shop around but first work out how many calls you will be making and the econonics of it all.
