Good afternoon everyone.

Just a quick one.

I have rung my 08449792629 number from my home phone a few times now (probably about 10 times for 1 minute each) and my "Account rating :" is still "-0". I have nether seen it change (at the start it was 0).

When is the "Account rating :" field updated?

It takes a little while for the rating to get updated. Have you been making outgoing calls as well? A very sort call on the 0844 number is not going to increase your rating very much because the income to voipuser is very small.
