in destination options for pstn number termination control panel, destination one, an button option is 'SIP'. Can you please tell me what to enter here to reach my phone: is it my voipaccount_username [!at] voipuser.org.uk (replace the [!at] with a @), or my inbound number 08449 xxx xxx [with or without **448].

And if I enter my 08449 nnnnnnn number in the PSTN box then presumably it works anyway, but does the system recognise that the number is one of its own and not incur outgoing 'charges', or is it always 'cheaper' to use the SIP option?

My apologies if I have missed an answer in the forum already given to this question - I did look, really.

There are several methods. What I use in my account is...
voipaccount_username [!at] voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @) (no .uk).
In general username@voipaccountpath will work.

It should but it depends how the routing on the system is set. I can't test that one as I am not in the UK.
