unable to login to phone option in globe 7

Dear All,
i am using globe 7 for VOIP calls, today i change my password and trying to call, and i got the reply voice saying "your password is wrong", actually after changing password, my phone window is open, after that, i tried a lot to connect but getting same problem, i can sign in to my globe main window, but after click on phone, its says try to sign in as:username.
if i will click on any option in phone window, its says "please sign in"
i can able to change my password and should login with new password successfully, but once i will click on phone option is says try to sign in ......
any help should b appriciable. |

Did it occur to you perhaps the password you changed only affect the web account and/or not your VoIP account? You best solution here is to contact G7. |

That's a banned word here as they spammed us heavily.... which gives you a pretty good indication of their quality. |

Thanks for your answers,
i mailed to G7 support, and they told me to check the ports, which are already enabled, if i m open other G7 account from my machine its working fine.
after clicking on phone, if i will click on any option on phone windows, its say "please sign in to G7", eventhough i m signined from the main window.
hope if someone will help me.
