I have an error msg: eyebeam_1.5_42237_D7y6sB77_8871700.dmp
does anyone know what this is? I can pull calls but there is no volume on either end of the phone. I can't figure it out. Comodo firewall is off.

This file could be a lot of different things....see

My guess is that it is an error message from MS Windows not directly from Eyebeam. You could try a different Voip client such as Zoiper (which I know works with MS Vista). If that works the we know that you network is OK.
