You're definitely not using STUN right ?
Can you place that call again and then let us know the exact time you placed it (to the minute). Then we can check the logs and see what happened.

Two things you can try.
1. Deactivate STUN and try again. Leave STUN deactivated for now.
2. If 1. did not work try forwarding some RTP port to X-Lite. Say 8000 to 8004 UDP and set X-Lite to listen on one of them.
Let us know the result. |

I can not receive calls on my 8449862206 as caller will receive busy tone after 1 or 3 rings as it does not rings at my xlite.
But at the same time i can receive calls from my PST nos. provided by ipkall and freedigits. |

Dialled from the UK or internationally?
If international, have you read the posts in the FAQ forum? |

Dialed from internationally it works only from Australia as far as i know from my worldwide contacts. When my contact dial it from Australia can hear a busy tone after 1 or 3 rings. |

Read the FAQ. In general the calling the Voipuser numbers outside the UK depends on what you local carrier has activated. 0844 numbers mostly will not work and the only series that works in many countries is the 0870 but this is no longer available from Voipuser.
Your callers may be able to get to you using voip by calling user [!at] sip.voipuser.org (replace the [!at] with a @). Also, the sipbroker (www.sipbroker.org) offer local number in many cities worldwide that allow you connect (using a normal PSTN phone) to the voip network and hence to Voipuser users.
You can get free US numbers dialable from a normal phone (eg. Ipkall) that you could use to connect to Voipuser. |

Thanks TallOne - we've got some inbound issues now we believe, having fixed the outbound stuff (we've made some fairly substantial network topology changes in teh last few days).
We're working on it. |
