Just curious if anyone has been able to get IPKALL setup with the VOIP provider Nikotel? It seems almost impossible, just wondering.

What is the problem with Nikotel? I seems to be similar to may others. Whether or not it will work with IpKall probably depends on their policy towards accepting call of the type user [!at] calmar0.nikotel.com (replace the [!at] with a @) inbound. From what I can find out it seems that it probably does not because the SipBroker peering code does not seem to work.
