Hi, slighty problem with a 57i:

It is the telephone symbol next to extension on my monitor screen which shows busy and the light is constantly on. I am able to still put calls through to this extension; I am just unable to tell whether to tell if the occupier is actually on the phone or not.

Any one have any ideas? Thanks for any input

Hi

What is the phone connected to ? also are you on the latest firmware ?

It sounds like the set is in DND or callfwd.

what happens if you reset your phone ?
