x-lite incoming caller cannot hear me

I have installed x-lite and when a user calls me on my 0844 number I can hear him but he cannot hear me.

My mic is 100% working and my x-lite settings are as follow

(see attatchemnt)

The weired thing is that "my sip account" link on the forum says im behind a proxy but I have no router only a adsl usb modem.

What model is your modem? If you are running windows you are most likely running a firewall. I suggest you try running STUN on X-Lite (voipuser stun is stun.voipuser.org) and see if that cures the problem.

That didnt cure the problem. My modem is a Thomson SpeedTouch 330
