Hi
Looking at the std code you must be jsut up the road from me. As to setting callerID does your dialplan do any setting of it ?

It may be that Tesco will set unknown if what you send is different to what yiu should send, or its just that outgoing callerid doesnt work from tesco which does seem odd.

i have no idear on that, fixed the problem with my nokia, and not staying connected, see my post for the soloution, if anyone else has that issue, next issue is getting sibbroker initiated calls via there PSTN line, to my sip id, ie +444464@sip1.ath.cx, to work with 2 way audio, i can send audio out via, the sip phone, but not send it out via the pstn phone, so its not reciveing incomeing audio, so that is a strange problem, as it works for normal pstn - my STD Voip number, but not to the int extn number, if dialed directly, any idears?

with reguards, to the caller display not working, it will route the caller display, if its another tesco internet phone calling, as i have tested with another tesco internet phone account, its just not passing on PSTN connection's caller id's, so i am wondering if this is a setting tesco have put in place, or if it is a config error, but when i call from my sipgate phone, i do get caller id from the PSTN number

anymore thoughts on this

Hi

Could you break this down, as its very confusing whats written here at the moment, I cant work out if the problem is you recieving callerID or you sending it out to others.

the problem is reciveing the caller id's of people ringing my tesco iax number form the PSTN network

if another tesco iax account calls me, i get there caller id,

the problem lies in getting the caller id from a PSTN caller

P.S just tested a call though my asterisk box, though the tesco iax account, to my mobile number, it does indead send the caller id, on outgoing calls
