Here is a reasonably up to date list of potential service providers from the Voip-Info US based site. It mentions a few of the main European providers (Including Voipuser) but is a little US biased.

I've just posted a message which relates to this particular web page as it was here that I found a list of providers which had obvious been created for scamming purposes.

The page has now changed but if you look back through history of the page to 10 April you will find it there.

Please be careful when following links from wiki pages as they can be changed by anyone, including people who's aim is to deceive and profit.

That's very good advice. Also, anything which seems too good to be true, probably is.

We can't "name and shame" specific companies here though for legal reasons... thanks.
