Note:- Please not that as you probably no, thease list are not just country and there dialing code's list which is availble every where on the net. this list contain country codes as well as the telephone operators prifix's with in each country etc. probably it has around 2500 records.

I think you already found the best source. Most providers publish their tariff for worldwide destinations. If you take a look through the sticky posts above and select a sample of providers then I feel sure you will find one sooner or later that uses a format that you can emulate/copy to a spreadsheet/modify to your needs.
