If you mean the numbers in the SIM card (the MCC/MNC, mobile country code/mobile network code) then these are listed in an ITU specification somewhere. Go to www.itu.int.

Or do you mean the prefixes that you actually dial to get to Orange, Vodafone, etc?

Thank You for the immediate response.

I am bit new to this telecom / Voip industry.
so what i need exactly is the full list of below (all the countries and their telecom providers),

Saudi Arabia-Dhahran (96635)
Saudi Arabia-Dhahran (96638)
Senegal (221)
Romania (40)
Russia-Kazan (78432)
Canada-WITH NPA-S (1250)

There is a complete list of thease codes inside vbuzzer cp.
but it is page by page. no way to download that list.

So where can I download this full list?
BTW, What do you call exactly thease codes?

Thank you !

If you put 'telecom country codes' into Google you will find plenty of listings.

http://www.kropla.com/dialcode.htm

Is just one example. Don't forget that they vary depending on where you are calling from !

3G cellular router manufacturer Proxicast has a downloadable list of CDMA, GSM & UMTS operators. No codes though.

Hai Nelson,
Thank you very much for the reply.

That is a great list of mobile operators. really appropriated. but they dont have the operator prefix codes.
thats also i need.but ill find them on the net.

ITU is also a best source of information.
so i can some time find it there.

The first part of the code is the country code (International Dialing Code) so:
Saudi Arabia-Dhahran (96635)
Saudi Arabia-Dhahran (96638)

The country code 966 is for Saudi Arabia. Senegal = 221, Romania = 40, Austria = 43, Australia = 61, Belgium = 32.

What the trailing digits are, I don't know. For the UK or US digits after the country code would be a city or region code rather than pointing to a specific operator, but basically each country can make up its own rules about how the dialled digits are split up.
