As of Dec 10, 2007 my voipbuster has not been working. I have two acounts with them in two different countries. Both accounts do not work. After dialling I get a fast busy signal.

I emailed voipbuster and they tell me that voipbuster is up and working. Their forum has not been working either. (closed for maintenance). It appears they do not want users to be able to leave messages.

SO...anyone else with this problem?

Everything including the Voipbuster* forum seems to be working just fine from where I am. Where are you? It could be something that your ISP has organised.

Well... I am in Canada. My other sip box is in Thailand. The box in Thailand is in a Thai name. it does not work from there either. The forum can't be accessed from Thailand either.

A friend here in Canada with a different isp can't access the forum or make voipbuster work.

I have been a regular user of Internetcalls which is owned by the same company as voipbuster (Batemax). Since about a week and half, right around the 10th of Dec. 2007 i have not been able to make any calls to any landline or mobile number. my friends also have had the same problems since that date.

I then started looking into signing up with voipbuster since it is the flagship of this company's voip products. voipbuster software refuses to allow me to sign up for a new account. I have been trying on a daily bases to setup a new account with no luck.

I tried reaching their customer service (internetcalls and voipbuster) no response for either. Internetcalls does not have a forum, but voipbuster does and since I don't have a valid account with them I can't log on to their forum.

My conclussion is this: I think the system is shutting down, or there is a huge problem that can't be fixed easily.

I would like to hear from existing users of voipbuster? Tell me if you are having problems calling out of network.
