I have been a regular user of Internetcalls which is owned by the same company as voipbuster (Batemax). Since about a week and half, right around the 10th of Dec. 2007 i have not been able to make any calls to any landline or mobile number. my friends also have had the same problems since that date.
I then started looking into signing up with voipbuster since it is the flagship of this company's voip products. voipbuster software refuses to allow me to sign up for a new account. I have been trying on a daily bases to setup a new account with no luck.
I tried reaching their customer service (internetcalls and voipbuster) no response for either. Internetcalls does not have a forum, but voipbuster does and since I don't have a valid account with them I can't log on to their forum.
My conclussion is this: I think the system is shutting down, or there is a huge problem that can't be fixed easily.
I would like to hear from existing users of voipbuster? Tell me if you are having problems calling out of network.
