i need 0871 number or 0870 number which divert to UAE mobile for free if its possble than tell me or u know any site which provide this type of service

I don't think you are going to find anyone offering this service as the revenue is not sufficient to cover the cost of the divert. The other options would be to pay for diverting an 0800 and paying the whole cost yourself or of course using an 0703 number here on Voipuser. (Register using 'My Numbers' on the left hand menu.
