Voipcheap is really a kind of very low quality Voip provider..<snip>

Here is what happened to me for many times and to many people!

It happened to me for the 4 th time now..

Cuurent Balance is : 3 euros

Every time I try to call I get the hecking message: 'The other user ended due to unknown error' or ' the call ended due to unknown error' when I login to my account to see what happened I see that my Buy Credit Option has been disabled and there is now no way that I can buy and kinda account is frozen or gone down the drain with the money in it..
The last time there was 7 euros left,,God and the the fun part is that you can't find any Phone numbers or e mail addresses to contact them back..
<snip>
Does any of you know about this stuff?
The phone number they left is not functioning kinda being rejected as invalid number..
I now can't find any phone number to contact them and ask about their crap software and my account ..
Please if anybody knows about this thing write here..

<snip>

Greetings quanto50 and welcome to VoIPUser forum.

quanto50 :
Voipcheap is really a kind of very low quality Voip provider..

Honestly, I don't know any service qualities provided by VoIPCheap; however, in a plain English, I would equate cheap to something of inferior quality that not only depreciates in values, but also yields infinitesimal satisfaction.

You generally get what you pay for.

I tried many times just because I hoped may be the misconduct could be happening on my computer or firewall or sth other.. but it happened again and again and I was totally convinced that it was from Voipcheaps server..
Some kind of internal error or sth like that..

But I can't contact them.

Just please tell me if you know anything about its contact information and about the problems I have had.

Very common.

As mentioned above by myself and Mazilo, you get what you pay for. If service is important to you, you'll need to pay for it with a commercial provider.

What you mean commercial provider?

You think Voipcheap is not charging money?

Of course I have 3 euros left in my account..

and the prices are comparatively low ..but not free.

It's not fair really.. I think i will have to sue this company.

I would suggest for the sake of 3 Euros it's only worth putting down to experience.

No, they are not a commercial provider. You pay your Euros to continue service, limited to 6 months generally.

I would recommend a "proper" commercial provider, one that you pay a monthly fee to and one that has a Customer Services department.

The one that isn't cheap and may be inexpensive if you want to save some $$. Be sure you know the company does have provide some CSR to deal with complains/issues to resolve the problems.

I have been using VoipCheap in its various flavours for well over a year and will continue to do so unless there is a dramatic drop off in service.

While I cannot claim their service is adequate for business critical environments, it has saved me a fortune on phone calls to Poland as my wife keeps in contact with family over there! She can natter as long as she likes for next to nothing and I like that. In my book that's what VOIP is all about first and foremost - affordable communication. I get that in spades from these guys.

I know VoipCheap gets regular knockings on this forum, but look at their name. It's a budget service at a knock down price that is flaky around the edges. Nevertheless, in my experience at least, VoipCheap is more than adequate for domestic applications and has its place in the gamut of available VOIP services.
