question about ratings system

I received 2 calls that lasted 15 minutes in one and about 20 minutes on the other to the 0703 number, the account rating went up to 8 and after making a few sip to sip calls it's now at 3 in about a weeks time. The faq reads that inbound calls to 0703 count at 1 to 15 give or take a few minutes. Has that been changed and do sip to sip now count towards the ratings?

No - only PSTN based calls are calculated in the ratings system. SIP to SIP costs us nothing so we don't really care about it.

The system isn't perfect. Occasionally we get some unanticipated behaviour which throws it out a bit. At that point the user usually points it out (like you have) and I go look into it (which I will now do).

Give me a couple of days to do that though. If you have any other inbound numbers that have been called into please send me them by PM (saves me having to look them up manually in the database).

It works well for 99% of our users so I haven't been tempted into revising it and have to deal with the odd one going a bit wobbly as a result!
