Hello People

We Running a small call centre. We are using Predictive Dialer with Dial Pads. Last ten days we got lot of problems in the line like Echo, Noise and Voice Breaking also. I told to the Voip Provider but they told there is no problem with their side. ANd also i told to the Predictive server People. They also dont agree the problem is in PD. We are very confused about this problem. Where is the problem? and what is the solution to rectify the problem? Please Help to Solve this problem

You should analyse your own network for bottlenecks or routing inconsistencies. If your calls traverse a public network like the Internet, then you could be seeing loss/jitter there (or at your ISP's network). If all of these are fine, then the problem is likely to be with your voip provider.
