Hi

Recently i worked always with voipbuster use some different account from justvoip because is cheaper,

I want to delete my VOIPBUSTER account and create it again for 2 reasons,

1, so i can use the same username for both
2, so i can use paypal, as it says it wont let me use paypal for this reason, as it says i used it for some other account.

Anyone any idea how to remove some VOIP account from betamax?

You can't. Your username is attached to a betamax service (ie. tariff plan), and username database is shared among all betamax services.

All Betamax companies seem to be difficult or even impossible to contact and get a then reply. I used to have a SipDiscount account and never succeeded in getting a reply from them. In my experience there are plenty of SIP providers that give a good service as long as it works but few who reply to emails when it does not. The reason is probably that the the income from each account is very small and customer service is simply too costly for the providers to give and still make a profit. If you are prepared to pay a little more for your voip you probably will get better customer service.
