FREE spanish incoming phone number?

I'm just wondering if there is any seguestion for a Voip provider who offer a FREE spanish incoming number ?.

Sign up with a Spanish VOIP provider and chances are you will get one, but it won't be completely 'FREE' - not much in life is, sadly. Companies need to make money and provision of the inbound number will be paid for from call revenue. You may get a non geographic number but in that case the caller covers the cost - call charges are at a small premium over standard rates.
