Hi -

I have a Linksys PAP2-NA which is correctly configured for my VOIP provider and has no trouble making outgoing or receiving incoming calls. The problem is that after a few minutes of inactivity the blue light on the PAP corresponding to the phone line goes out and I am no longer able to make calls (and presumably receive them as well). When I disconnect the power from the PAP it reboots the problem is fixed but only temporarily. I had the same VOIP provider, configuration, etc when I was in the US and never had this problem but am now living outside the States. Is it possible there is a 'time-out' or 'idle' that can be adjusted that I'm not aware of? Could it be my DSL connection or ISP provider? Appreciate any advice you all could offer.

Greetings Attila and welcome to VoIPUser forum.

If you were to post your configurations here, I am sure readers will be able to help in a better sense, instead of guessing works.
