I am a VoipBuster PAID customer. I can login from my Windows PC but I CAN'T LOGIN from my Windows laptop. It says: "invalid username/password". Latest versions of VoipBuster software. I MUST call from the laptop. I've contacted your support several times and they did NOT answer. Fix this problem or make full money refund!

Sorry, mazilo, your forum turned up in google and I somehow thought it related to VoipBuster. I'm all p**** off, VoipBuster is THE c******** piece of software I've seen, and I've seen a lot! It's much better to pay more to Skype or others than save some pennies at the cost of killing your nerves! Damn lamers Sad

P.S.: mazilo, sorry for asking: are you russian by any chance? You have a russian-sounding nickname Wink

I have used and still use voipbuster not having any problems...it could be just one of those things with voip for there are days nothing works for a while and eventually everything gets back to normal...especially when they ALL say are upgrading, or whatever more...good luck!

Yes if you want QOS, don't choose a bargain basement provider.

That said I've never had a problem with one of the other Betamax providers, but I don't expect any support if I do.

Move on, what have you lost, 10 Euros?
