I know others have raised this problem--that you cannot ad additional credit to Voipbuster accounts with a credit card, although you could initially register with a credit card--but there has been no answer that I see really addresses the problem.

Why can't you update with a credit card? The answer that it is the web browser cache that is preventing this is wrong, at least in my case as I have extensively researched this and found it not to be true (by emptying cache, trying other sites that are known to have much more persistent cookies to make sure my cache clear is working, etc).

Does Voipbusters have a email address?

Regards,
Curtis

If it's like voipcheap (both are Betamax companies) then you cannot top up your credit with a CC until it has dropped to a certain level, 2 euros from memory. No idea why.

I have noticed that if your call volume is at a certain level then an option to top up by 25 euros comes available, and they now have an auto topup feature.

Hi Curtis and welcome to Voipuser

If you need to query an actual financial transaction with Finarea (Betamax Voipcheap et alii) the link is here ...

http://www.finarea.ch/

But they won't answer a general query and you may get more info by going through the forum on the Voipbuster.com site - they have a section for payment problems
